Sun Chemical has upgraded its silver Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) patronage to gold, further committing to a sustainable supply chain. The company has been an SGP patron since 2017.
“Sun Chemical has been a part of the SGP community three years and has witnessed the important role that SGP plays within the industry,” said Penny Holland, VP of global marketing inks and global communications at Sun Chemical. “Our commitment as a gold patron will help drive the sustainability discussion and practices forward.”
SGP is a non-profit organization that certifies sustainability in the printing industry. It advocates best practices and innovation in all aspects of sustainability, including economic, environmental and social.
Other SGP patrons include 3M, FLEXcon, Cooley Group, Laird Plastics, Piedmont Plastics and others, in an effort to create a more accountable, sustainable supply chain.
